The Calm Community is not a prescriptive program where everything is laid out for you. It is an 8 week mindset shift. It's a space maker.  It's an invitation to more intentional living.  It's an invitation to live with a different energy. Perhaps eating differently, sleeping differently, caring for your body differently.  The Calm Community is a place to learn to be still, to listen, to heal, to come to yourself. This isn't just a "weekend warrior" program or a "once in a lifetime" exotic retreat.  It' s an 8 week intensive.  It's a retreat where you get out what you put in. If it's just 1 hour a week, that's ok. But, perhaps, you create an 8 week lifestyle adjustment. Perhaps, for these 8 weeks you concentrate your attention and intention on taking better care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Perhaps, for these 8 weeks you set goals and follow your own "retreat schedule".

QUESTION: My friend didn't attend the CHAOS to Calm Retreat. Can she join The Calm Community?

ANSWER: YES!! Attendance at a CHAOS to Calm Retreat is not a prerequisite for joining The Calm Community.

QUESTION: Do I have to share anything in my small group sessions?

ANSWER: All coaching participation is optional. Those who volunteer to be coached can expect a safe, respectful, and compassionate experience. You can get a lot out of hearing others being coached. We do, however, encourage you to take advantage of this impactful benefit of this program.

QUESTION: Do I need to register for each session separately?

ANSWER: No. Register once. Then make sure each session is scheduled on your calendar.

QUESTION: When are the weekly Zoom sessions?

ANSWER: Wednesdays, 9:30am MST. 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/29, 4/5.  (Please note there will be no session 3/22 due to Spring Break.) If you would like to participate, but this time doesn't work with your schedule, please fill out the form below.


QUESTION: How will I receive the link for the Zoom sessions?

ANSWER: You will receive the link via email AND in a WhatsApp message.

QUESTION: What is WhatsApp?

ANSWER: It is a free group messaging app that makes communication with your group easy and organized.


QUESTION: Can I keep my camera turned off for the Zoom sessions?

ANSWER: Yes. We want you to be comfortable. Whether that means you wear pj's or a ball gown, use filters, no filters or keep your camera off. You always get to choose.

QUESTION: What if I have connection issues during a session?

ANSWER: We ask that you do your best to be somewhere where you have adequate internet access, and that you make sure your apps are up to date. We will do our best to connect with you, but we cannot be responsible for internet or Zoom issues. If all else fails, you can at least phone in for the sessions.
